Our Promise
Shimoverse Studio helps small business owners build and maintain websites, growth pages, and optional AI chatbot experiences. We do not sell, rent, or trade client data, customer leads, business information, analytics, or website content.
Information We Collect
We may collect the information needed to build or support your website: business name, contact details, service descriptions, location, photos, brand assets, website access, domain or hosting details, customer inquiries submitted through your website, and notes you choose to share with us.
How We Use Information
We use information to create demo sites, launch approved websites, make requested edits, improve website performance, prepare competitive or growth recommendations, configure AI chatbots, and communicate with the business owner about support.
Meeru Interest List
If you join the Meeru interest list, we collect your name, email address, and a 1–10 AI familiarity rating. You may also share a phone number and how you would use Meeru; both are optional. We use these details to understand interest and contact you about Meeru availability and related updates—not to create an account or enroll you in a paid service. We do not plan to text you. Signups are saved in a private database and visible only in the owner's authenticated list. A notification is delivered to our Shimoverse inbox through AgentMail, our email provider. We do not sell the list. To ask for removal or stop receiving updates, email shimoverse@gmail.com. A submission does not guarantee an invitation or access.
AI Features
If you choose an AI-enabled plan, chatbot content is limited to business information such as FAQs, services, prices, hours, booking steps, and lead intake. Sensitive requests should be routed to the owner or staff. We configure AI tools to support the business, not to replace human judgment.
Sharing
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, forms, email delivery, payment processing, or chatbot functionality. They receive only the access needed to provide the service. We do not share data for advertising resale or data brokerage.
Ownership and Control
Your business keeps ownership of its brand assets, website copy, customer relationships, domain, and customer leads. You can request edits, exports, access changes, or removal of information from active systems when practical and legally allowed.
